We explore the ways in which anxiety and depression impact our lives, and the DSH team provides practical tools and techniques to help participants better manage their condition through mindfulness, nutrition, exercise and psychology based techniques.
Nestled amongst the lush greenery and stunning mountains of the western ghats outside of Kerala, the location of our India trips is truly awe inspiring. An area steeped in culture, history and nature, this is the perfect place to disconnect and focus on you.
Our trips to India include daily meditation and yoga sessions and an array of organic Sattvik meals, prepared fresh. Our mental health and general health workshops take place in the beautiful grounds of our accommodation, and we will get the chance to explore several of the beautiful local areas during our day trips. Ayurvedic treatments are available, and participants will have the chance to take part in cooking demonstrations, showcasing the art of Sattvik cooking.
