Body Positive Group Trips
Maintaining a healthy body image in this social media driven world isn't easy. Between the endless photo filters, cyber-bullying and body shaming attitudes, the pressure is at an all-time high for all of us to fit a certain physical mould. These unrealistic expectations placed upon us by ourselves and others, has a detrimental effect on our body image and self-esteem. This is why we decided to design the Body Positive trip.
Our Body Positive group trips are developed by our mental health, and health and nutrition teams who work hard to help participants improve their self-esteem, improve their body image and learn to feel good in the skin they're in. Our team works one-on-one and in group settings to help participants develop healthy relationships with diet and exercise, and set themselves realistic health and fitness goals.
