Living with Anxiety Group Trips
For anxiety sufferers who feel as though their anxiety is wrecking havoc on their life, this trip is a great option. Our Living with Anxiety group trips aren't designed to be a cure or a quick fix, they are designed to give participants useful information and practical tools they can use to help manage their anxiety long term and take back control of their life.
The Discover Strengthen Heal mental health team helps participants tackle their anxiety with psychology based exercises, physical activity, mindfulness and nutrition. They work with the group to develop a better understanding of anxiety, explore triggers, prevent episodes of anxiety, manage stress and minimise the impact of anxiety on sufferers.
