Our trips combine the natural beauty of amazing locations around the world with workshops, activities and support, designed specifically to improve your mental health and wellbeing.


Our trips are significantly different from the usual retreat in that our team consists of a wide range of trained professionals who develop bespoke programs to help participants get the most out of their time with us. We combine nature and travel with fitness, nutrition and professional mental health support, making our trips the ideal option for those who want to take time out to focus on themselves.


The nature of our trips is also vastly different to anything else out there. We offer group trips that cater to specific needs such as grief, depression, anxiety, men's mental health, self-esteem and many more. These themed trips allow us to offer a more focused approach in helping the group get long term value out of their experience with us.


Knowing that each person has different abilities, comforts and needs, we don't offer a one-size-fits-all approach to our group trips. The trips we offer are a mix of many different elements and activities that participants can pick and choose from. We allow people to choose which activities they want to be a part of and which they'd prefer to sit out, it is, after all, their journey.
